General Rules and Regulations
- Registration is done online via the club's website (www.batabit.qa) (As per announced date)
- 3 pictures of the bike from different angles should be attached to the registration form.
- Opening the category starts from 3 participants.
- If 3 bikes participate in one category, only first-place prize will be distributed.
- If 5 or more bikes participate in one category, three prizes will be distributed to the first 3 winner
- Less than 3 participants in one category, the category is considered as un qualified and transfer as a display after obtaining the approval from the owner
- The participants must bring the bike on time
- Numbers will be distributed to the participants during the entry of the bike and the number must be placed on the bike in a clear place for easy identification of the bike category.
- The Judging Committee has the right to change the bike category according to its vision.
- The result of the protest is a general explanation of the bike.

Qatar Motorcycle Club"Batabit" has the right to use pictures of motorcycles participating in the event for the promotional purposes of the club at any time.
- *Disclaimer: To maintain the competition's standard and gauge the enthusiasts' level in this type of competition in the Gulf, International judges have been enlisted with the aim of impartiality and transparency in judgment. The management and organizers have no role in the decisions of the judging panel and the final results. You may inquire with the judging panel after the crowning.

Best of the Best
PRIZE: QAR 50,000
Overall Best Winner from all categories.
Best of the Best Conditions
- Obtaining the award once for the winning bike.
- The winner of the 2024 season is not entitled to compete in the 2025 season unless there is a clear main change to the bike (to be determined by the committee).
- In the 2025 Batabit Show season, a special place will be prepared for the winner of the 2024 Best Bike Award to introduce the public to the champion of the previous season (with the desire and approval of the owner).
- The winner of each category will be automatically qualified for the Best of Best prize, with a value of 50,000 QAR.
Best Paint
PRIZE: QAR 10,000
Best painted Motorcycle from all categories.
Best Paint Conditions
- Obtaining the award once for the winning bike.
- Can participate in all competitions except for the best paint in the coming seasons, unless it is changed.
Batabit Cup
PRIZE: QAR 20,000
This prize is a motivation from Batabit for the best locally Customized Motorcycle (Must be painted in Qatar or stock paint) from all categories
Batabit Cup Conditions
- This event is open for local modifiers.
- Obtaining the award once for the winning bike.
- Winner can participate in all competitions except for the Batabit Cup in the coming seasons, unless there is a clear fundamental change to the bike (to be determined by the arbitration committee).
Best Display
PRIZE: QAR 5,000
Limited spots and space, the participants must brief the motorcycle related idea during registration and the motorcycle in the display can participate in its category.
Best Display Conditions
- Limited Spots and space.
- The winner can participate in the upcoming seasons, provided that he participates with a different idea (and a different presentation) to enter the competition.
